Yelp, the US-based pioneer in guest ratings has announced a new, extra star on the platform. This will be the sixth star, given under special circumstances, while the rules of is standard five stars remain unchanged.
The company has a super stringent list of qualifications for users to meet in order to access the star. “To access the sixth star, merchants must complete a series of challenges designed to test their shrewdness and fortitude,” said ,” Jeremy Stoppelman, Yelp CEO.
