Job Description
The person will be responsible for / involved in the following roles:
- 1. Maintaining all accounts of the association (Tally ERP9 and Manual).
- 2. All accounting related work including Bank Reconciliation, Employee Reimbursement, Income/Expenditure.
- 3. Administration Work
- 4. Maintaining office correspondence/records.
- 5. Dispatch/receipt of mail.
- 6. Work related to maintenance of office and equipment.
- 7. Follow ups with members for payment, attendance at events and other related work.
- 8. Outdoor official work such as delivery of urgent/important letters by hand to various government / other offices.
- 9. Any other work as directed by Secretary General and Accounts Manager.
Reporting
Administrative and Functional reporting will be to the Secretary General through Accounts Manager.

The association works closely with a network of State and City chapter partners in Mumbai, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi, Noida and Chandigarh and will open new chapters in others cities soon. The Chapter activities include:

Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele by onboarding Restaurants and Customers to the Program. You will be the front of the company and must have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop a growth strategy and business plan focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- • Responsible for sustaining and growing the business from key existing clients
- • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to channelise effective sales.
Candidate Profile/ Requirements:
- • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role
- • Proven sales track record
- • Experience in F&B Industry or Loyalty Program is preferred
- • Experience in customer support is a plus
- • Proficiency in MS Office and English
- • Market knowledge
- • Communication and negotiation skills
- • Ability to build rapport with Clients
- • Time management and planning skills

We are looking for a young, passionate and dynamic professional to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the loyalty program. The candidate will be required to oversee all aspects of the program and responsible for its overall success to the management.
To thrive as a Program Lead, the candidate must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings and take actions to enhance the program’s success while keeping the human factor in perspective.
Responsibilities
- • Develop high quality business strategies and plans along with business partners ensuring their alignment with the program’s short-term and long-term objectives
- • Provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the program and closely work with the Management and senior leadership team
- • Build and lead a high performing managerial team
- • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- • Make profound decisions to ensure financial success of the program
- • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the program’s legality and business ethics
- • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
- • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stakeholders
- • Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure steady progress of the program
- • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and the industry
Candidate Profile/ Requirements
- • Proven experience in senior managerial position for 5-6 years
- • MBA in business administration or relevant field
- • Experience in managing coalition loyalty and engagement programs with P&L responsibility is a must
- • Experience in Food / Retail industry is preferable
- • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, PR, Finance, HR etc.
- • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Reporting
Reporting will be to the Board of Directors of the Company.
