CLOUD KITCHEN MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM

Eligibility

Any Cloud Kitchen holding a license granted by the competent government / local authority is eligible to become a member.

Criteria

  • Cloud Kitchen memberships will be based on the total number of brands being operated by the entity.
  • Cloud Kitchen should have required licenses to operate.
  • It should be compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • This membership will be valid for one year.
  • The Managing Committee shall determine admission to membership of NRAI and decision of the Committee shall be final.


Payment Options and Membership Fee

  • Payment can be made through our Online Payment Gateway / NEFT / At Par Cheque / Demand Draft.
  • For payment through NEFT, kindly make the payment before filling the form as it requires Reference ID before submission.
  • For payment through At Par Cheque / Demand Draft, kindly scan the same before filling the form as it requires scanned copy along with the Cheque / DD no. before submission.

We want to be enrolled under NRAI Cloud Kitchen Membership of the National Restaurant Association of India. We agree to the terms and conditions and abide by the Memorandum and Articles of Association, to pay the admission, subscription fees for the time being in force and to implement, as far as practicable, the policy of the Association.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Company registering for membership of the NRAI to have all the required licenses / NOCs / permissions especially related to FSSAI and Fire from the concerned authorities to operate the restaurant and these will be kept valid / renewed as and when required.
  2. In case, any of the licenses / NOCs / permissions lapse, your membership with the NRAI is liable to be cancelled without any refund.
  3. This membership will be valid for one year.
  4. Membership fee is to be paid annually. Intimation for renewal is sent to members through letter and emails before the expiry date.
  5. Government taxes as applicable.
  6. Membership fee rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. NRAI Member data will not be shared with anyone

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • In case of non-approval of membership, the fee submitted will be refunded.
  • Participants to workshops/webinars or other events are eligible for a refund in case the workshop/webinar/event get cancelled.
  • In case of any member/participant/delegate has paid more fees/charges than prescribed, sue to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said member/participant/delegate, the said extra amount, if found valid, shall be refunded.
  • In case of failed payments, member/participant/delegate will have to make the payment again within the deadline or before expiry of date of their membership for the year.
