16,000 members will select winners in 19 categories to be honoured at an awards ceremony on August 30 in Delhi.
Delhi Gourmet Club’s (DGC) has opened its voting for its second annual Top Chef Awards. The winners – selected by this voting from a pool of 61 nominees – will be announced at the ceremony, scheduled for August 30, ’15 at Le Meridien Hotel Gurgaon.
The voting is an online effort as an open call to select the best of the best in 19 categories. All 16,000 active members of DGC’s three online food communities – Delhi Gourmet Club, Sikandalous Cuisine and Indian Restaurant Spy – can join in the online voting.
This year’s shortlist was prepared by a 12-member jury that included ITC’s Manjit Singh Gill, Eazydiner’s Vir Sanghvi, restaurateur chefs Manish Mehrotra & Chef Ritu Dalmia as well as Delhi-based alcobev specialists Yangdup Lama & Magandeep Singh among others.
