NRAI hosted its fifth successful TownHall meeting – Impact of New GST Structure for Restaurant Services supplied through E-commerce Operators on December 30, 2021 live on Facebook.

Prakul Kumar, Secretary General, NRAI moderated the panel with Notable Speakers like Ashish Goenka, Executive Vice President & CFO, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd; Shah Miftaur Rahman, Co-Founder & CFO, Wow! Momo Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Kabir Suri, NRAI President and Co-Founder & Director, Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

The GST Council had notified that all E-commerce platforms will be responsible for collecting and depositing the 5% GST applicable on Restaurant Services, effective from January 1, 2022.

Our Eminent Speakers answered multiple queries put up by Restaurateurs to help them with the new accounting regime, once the order became effective for Restaurants.
