The brainchild of Manish Sharma. Molecule’s modern architecture is inspired by the American and German war themes. They serve molecular gastronomy cuisine – under one roof, they provide a combination of a fine air bar, molecular kitchen and fresh brews straight from the brewery. They’ve won not only praise, but also critic accolades, and the outlet has been awarded as among the Noteworthy Newcomers at the Times Food and Nightlife Awards 2016. They serve home-infused beverages to offer a distinctive flavour. There are three ‘magic men’ who together work wonders – Chef Piyush Jain curates and creates the best of flavours, mixologist Gaurav Bhyani makes great cock-tails and Nishant Grover makes beer cocktails.
