Restaurant Franchise Management Company Yellow Tie Hospitality has launched a new brand – “Dhadoom – Fries.Flavours.Fun”. Dhadoom is co-owned by chef Harpal Singh Sokhi.
The main cuisine of Dhadoom is Canada’s favourite street food – Poutine, that fuses with the mouth-watering taste of hand-made fries topped with exciting flavours to delight one’s palette. Targeting the youth, the brand has been inspired by loud Indian and international comic bestsellers.
Yellow Tie Hospitality has plans to launch 50 Dhadoom stores by 2018, said Yellow Tie Hospitality founder Karan Tanna. “The company has budgeted to invest 12 crores in the next 18 months to grow the brand,” he said.
Mr Singh added: The brand revolves around potatoes and India’s love for potatoes. We have replaced routine carbohydrates with potatoes to serve the millennials who crave for an international fell to Indian cuisine.
