Siam Thai’s establishment idea goes back to 2006 when the founder Late Chow Siha Makron observe the people who came to Bodhgaya for worship from Southeast Asia for Worship & pray but can’t stay longer due to the food problems. Initially it’s started a catering service to solve the food problems of southeast people by operating it for 03 months only in year during Mela time. But after get a good response and support. He transforms his small initiative for food and beverages into an authentic fine dining cuisine.
