Vyoum Ghai is an entrepreneur and promoter with focus in food & beverage, real estate, and dairy processing industry for over last 25 years owning and managing successful businesses/ brands like Panchshila Rendezvous, Buzz Restaurant & Bar, Suribachi, Café Rendezvous, Food Court outlets and Dairybells.

He has a PG diploma in Business Management from Institute of Marketing & Management, New Delhi and a MBA degree from University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA.

He is actively involved With National Restaurant Association of India for approx last 15 years as a Managing committee member, representing the industry on various panels. The association aggressively works towards sensitising the government with the industry’s problems and initiating industry friendly solutions and policies from the government.

He has experience in creating, owning and managing Industry’s leading brands in almost every sector of food and beverage industry, ranging from banquets, restaurants- Pubs & Bars, Continental, Italian, North Indian, South Indian, Oriental (far Eastern) etc and Food Court outlets in malls. Also, he is well networked in the areas of operations with all stake holders like, competitors, customers, vendors, government bodies etc.
