We opened our doors in the year 2011 as an extension of White Horse, which at the time was a renowned bar and restaurant in North Bangalore. White Horse has been In existence since 1981 and although it proved to be very successful, we felt that there was a huge opportunity to provide the youth of North Bangalore a neighbourhood pub with upscale amenities, great music & comfort food. The idea was originally conceived by the founder, Chethan Hegde, a resident of North Bangalore, when he oen found himself travelling to the Centre of Bangalore to get a drink or celebrate an occasion. He found that there was no place for him to visit within the proximity of his home. Hence, 1522 The Pub was born based on this very realisation. Our first outlet was a 75 seater in Malleshwaram, a conservative neighbourhood in the city. Our pub continued to recieve a positive response which pushed us to take the bold decision of expanding to Koramangala, New B.E.L. Road, J.P. Nagar, Andheri-Mumbai, Residency Road and Rajarajeshwari Nagar. We have also introduced 2 new formats, SuzyQ by 1522 which is a high end resturant situated in the central business district of Bangalore . Street 1522 is the latest and the largest additions to the group, Street is spread across 55,000 sq.  and is a 1200 seater F&B experience. 1522 as a group has a total of One lakh plus sq.  of restaurant space in Bangalore and Mumbai with a total work force of 1000 plus employees
