Mr. Ashwin Singh ( Proprietor at Bollywood Biryani Company  ) 

I have started my professional journey in 2005 after my graduation with Centurion bank as a sales executive. Later I moved to Birla Sun Life Insurance & worked for 12 years. In this journey of 12 years, I worked in different roles in different locations. I worked in markets like Surat, Vapi, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar & Mumbai.

In my last assignment I was working a Regional Manager in Mumbai. I have always been a big-time foodie. I always use to get fascinated with aroma, colour & flavours. Apart from eating love cooking as well. I use to & I still cook for my friends & families on their demands.  I left Birla Sun Life Insurance in 2017 to follow my passion.  I started Bollywood Biryani Company in February 2018 with small seating capacity of 20 people. Just because of sheer passion, Bollywood Biryani Company could survive & grew after beating all odds like Covid & slowdown.

Currently Bollywood Biryani Company is operating at much bigger scale than it started with new outlets coming.
