Graduated from hotel school Les Roches in Switzerland. Worked with leading brands world over like the Kempinski & Hyatt. Being born in a family who pioneers hospitality in Goa, India – Akshay always chased his vision. Started his entrepreneurial journey at 21 with his first restaurant called Pan Asian Bowl in Goa. Followed by its modern Asian version called Tataki Immersive Asian Dining which is in Goa – and expanding its base pan india shortly. He is also the founder of Goa’s leading bespoke catering & banqueting company. He also is the Co founder of one of the countries biggest cloud kitchen success stories – Shoyu – which is currently in Hyderabad and has plans of expanding to other states of India.
