A 3rd generation hotelier associated with the hospitality business since 2012, working along
and help build reputable F&B brands such as Absolute Arusuvai, Absolute Barbecues &
Express by ABs Pan India and overseas.

Vignesha began his professional career at IBM INDIA Private Limited, Global Business
Services, Chennai in 2010. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from
PSG, Tech Coimbatore

In the year 2012 he moved to Colombo to establish a 30 key Sea View B&B Inn located in
the Marine drive and successfully completed the project in 6 months. Since 2013 he has been
part of the founding team and been actively involved in the growth & operations of many
signature F&B brands such as Absolute Barbecues, Express by ABs & Absolute Arusuvai
Catering services taking up various key roles in the journey. Currently these brands find
presence PAN India & the Middle East.

In the year 2019 he was instrumental in establishment of Chennai Restaurant Owners
Association – a 250 strong restaurant owners community to help raise voice together
highlighting concerns F&B operators in the industry face & to assist with a common goal of
overall welfare of the committee. The group continues to share best practices, mentor new
age restaurateurs and share key policy updates pertaining to the F&B Businesses in the state
and the country in general.

Since 2021, Mr. Vignesha has been associated with the NRAI. He hopes through the NRAI to
accomplish his key objectives to help build a strong restaurant coterie working towards a
stronger environment for the F&B business in the City, State and the Country.
