Reaches 800 outlets in three months across nine Indian cities. Plans new services – event listings and FB bookings.
Loofre, the Delhi-based restaurant table reservation platform, is investing USD 1 million in expansion and increasing its tie-ups across India to bolster operations, through internal accruals.
Since launching three months ago, Loofre claims to have 800 restaurants in nine India cities using its services. This success has given it confidence to go international, to cities like Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Promoted by K5 Brand Solutions, the service will also expand to update customers on latest, local events as well as introduce an app-based next generation booking engine.
Banking on the growth of social media, it expects diners booking their table through directly from social networking sites. It is working on enabling table bookings via Facebook.
