Pushpendra is an amiable and energetic individual who loves to take on a challenge. 

After completing his graduation from IHM, Bhopal in 1999, Pushpendra went on to work for few leading hotel brands and developed a keen understanding of the hospitality industry. 

In year 2009, he quit his job as a Restaurant Manager in Iconic Burj Al Arab, Dubai, to embark on journey of entrepreneurship and opened Brix, Cyber City, followed by Brix Street Bar & Rock Cafe in Sector 29, Gurugram. The success of Brix was transformed into Quaff in year 2015, the microbrewery that redefined the standards of Craft Beer in Delhi, NCR. Under Pushpendra’s leadership Quaff has been awarded the Times Nightlife Award for the best microbrewery consecutively for the last five years and has also been the recipient of two consecutive best microbrewery award by DLF. 

Apart from being a successful restaurateur, Pushpendra is a passionate ‘barefoot’ marathon runner, finished full Berlin Marathon 2019, barefoot in extremely freezing conditions. 

He has always been vocal regarding the challenges that the industry faces and believes that the restaurant community can find solutions through a collaborative approach.
