The NRAI Odisha Chapter successfully conducted an NRAI Knowledge Session titled “From Food Safety to Food Quality — Building Trust, Consistency & Excellence in Every Kitchen” on 5th February 2026 at Bocca Cafe, Mastercanteen.
Led by Mr. Satyanarayan Mohapatra, Hospitality Strategist and Food Safety & Quality Expert, the session highlighted the importance of standardisation, compliance, and technology—including AI-driven solutions—in strengthening food safety and enhancing kitchen quality. The interactive discussion saw active participation from the local restaurant community, reinforcing NRAI’s commitment to knowledge-sharing and operational excellence across the hospitality sector.
