The NRAI Bengaluru Chapter hosted an impactful session on inclusive entrepreneurship, featuring Mrs. Alina Alam, Founder of Mitti Café. The session highlighted scalable models for meaningful employment of persons with disabilities and inspired industry stakeholders to adopt inclusive practices.
Taking the initiative forward, NRAI Bengaluru announced a dedicated training and placement programme to enable member restaurants to integrate persons with disabilities into the hospitality workforce. The event reaffirmed NRAI’s commitment to building a more inclusive, responsible, and people-first food and beverage industry.
