NRAI leadership has worked closely with Rapido for over a year to develop Ownly by Rapido—a zero commission, flat fee model for food delivery. Successfully piloted across three pin codes, Ownly is now set for a full-scale launch across Bengaluru, followed by a pan-India rollout.

Designed to eliminate high commissions and hidden costs, Ownly enables 100% order value retention, zero platform fees, and no forced discounts, while deliveries are powered by Rapido’s trusted rider network. Orders are driven by food quality, ratings, and customer trust, not discount-led visibility.

NRAI Townhall 11.0 on 6th February is being organised to introduce the Ownly model in detail and to encourage Bengaluru’s restaurant community to onboard and collectively make this initiative a success—creating a sustainable, industry-first delivery alternative for the benefit of restaurants across India.
