Urgent Requirement: Job Opening for Sales Manager at NRAI


We are expanding the Sales & Marketing vertical at the NRAI and require a hard core sales person with a go getter attitude. Candidate to maximize the member base by developing sales strategies that match client requirements and by promoting the membership services. This requirement is urgent.

Job Summary

  • Experience 2 – 4 years in Sales and Marketing
  • Qualification Post Graduate with a diploma/ degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Compensation INR 2,60,000 to 4,20,000 per annum + Incentives
  • Location South Delhi

Job Description
The person will be responsible for / involved in the following roles:

  1. Meeting monthly / quarterly targets for acquiring new membership across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon and other regions
  2. Generating leads for meeting potential members – through research and networking on daily basis
  3. Daily meetings and aggressive follow ups with potential members for conversion
  4. Attending all the industry events for networking and generating leads
  5. Helping with strategy for improving the membership acquisition process
  6. Creating tracking and growth report during the end of each quarter.
  7. Sharing feedback with the marketing and communications team for improvising communication on product and services
  8. Getting advertising as per set targets for the printed newsletter, weekly emailer, NRAI website and independent mailers
  9. Getting / helping with sponsorships for NRAI events as per set targets for each event / entity
  10. Creating and updating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on meetings, follow ups and conversions for submission
  11.  Helping during training seminars and networking events across the country
  12.  Candidate will be appropriately incentivized

Should possess

  1. Exceptional networking skills
  2. A pleasant personality with excellent communication and convincing skills
  3. Should be fluent in English
  4. Should be completely self-driven
  5. Flexibility to multi-task
  6. Should be willing to travel within the NCR, as well as other cities when required
  7. Experience from restaurant / hospitality sector will be an advantage

National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), founded in 1982, represents 100000+ restaurants, an industry valued INR 3,09,110 crores. The association in its 34th year has a pan India presence with members comprising of restaurants, suppliers and educational institutes associated with it. NRAI is governed by a committee of members and led by a President and Office Bearers. The committee consists of over 20 Restaurant CEOs / Owners representing various national and international brands from the F&B sector.
The Association represents interests of the members by offering advisory, training, research services and organizing industry events.

Regional Chapters
NRAI works closely with a network of State and City chapter partners in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurgaon.
More Chapters in Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata are being set up.
