Job Description
The person will be responsible for / involved in the following roles:
- Meeting monthly / quarterly targets for acquiring new membership across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon and other regions
- Generating leads for meeting potential members – through research and networking on daily basis
- Daily meetings and aggressive follow ups with potential members for conversion
- Attending all the industry events for networking and generating leads
- Helping with strategy for improving the membership acquisition process
- Creating tracking and growth report during the end of each quarter.
- Sharing feedback with the marketing and communications team for improvising communication on product and services
- Getting advertising as per set targets for the printed newsletter, weekly emailer, NRAI website and independent mailers
- Getting / helping with sponsorships for NRAI events as per set targets for each event / entity
- Creating and updating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on meetings, follow ups and conversions for submission
- Helping during training seminars and networking events across the country
- Candidate will be appropriately incentivized
Should possess
- Exceptional networking skills
- A pleasant personality with excellent communication and convincing skills
- Should be fluent in English
- Should be completely self-driven
- Flexibility to multi-task
- Should be willing to travel within the NCR, as well as other cities when required
- Experience from restaurant / hospitality sector will be an advantage
