NRAI has partnered with Gleam India for our Mentorship Programme. Gleam India is a non-profit, volunteer network whose purpose is to provide mentorship and leadership development to professionals in the Restaurant & Food Service Industry.

It is a well-structured six month programme with monthly one hour sessions between the mentor and mentee.

Purpose of Mentorship Programme

• Many within Restaurant and Food Service Industry lack access to structured leadership development
• Cost of leadership development interventions become prohibitive for most
• Addressing this gap will lead to career progression
