Job Summary
Position: Membership and Office Executive
Experience: 1 – 2 years in telesales / relationship management
Compensation: INR 1,50,000 to 1,80,000 per annum
Education: Graduation in any field
Location: South Delhi
Job Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for / involved in the following roles:
1. Membership
a) Maintenance of members’ accounts and database
- Ensuring membership administration is done in an accurate and timely manner as per the SOP set by the organization (Assigning membership IDs to new members, updating database, coordination with printer for printing member certificates, stickers, etc., dispatching membership kits to members)
- Handle all enquiries professionally in a timely manner
- Follow ups with members for membership renewal
- Support to other departments and colleagues for all data related to memberships
b) New membership acquisition
- Sending emails for potential members
- Following up with them through calls and emails for conversion
c) Events
- Follow ups with members for attendance and payments at NRAI events
- Should be comfortable travelling to different cities for NRAI events
- To multi-task during events
2. Office Management
a) Maintaining office correspondence / records
b) Dispatch / receipt of mail
c) Drafting / typing of routine correspondence
d) Work related to maintenance of office and equipment
e) Standby to Accountant cum Office Assistance for general work
3. Any other work as directed by Secretary General
Requirements
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Meticulous and organized
3. Flexibility to multi-task
4. Participate in internal projects, initiative and process improvements together with team
5. Should be willing to travel within the NCR, as well as other locations when required
6. Experience in telesales and relationship management will be an advantage
Reporting
Administrative and Functional reporting will be to the Secretary General, NRAI.

The association in its 33 rd year has a pan India presence with over 1200 members in 20 cities comprising of restaurants, suppliers and educational institutes.
NRAI aims to advocate changes in the laws governing the Indian Restaurant Industry by working closely with a network of State and City chapter partners across India.
