Maharashtra Assembly Elections, scheduled for November 20, has come up with an incentive for voters. The Mumbai Chapter of National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) has announced a special “Democracy Discount”, offering 20% discount at over 50 restaurants on November 20 and 21.
The idea is simple: cast your vote, show your inked finger and voter ID from Mumbai, at participating eateries, and indulge because supporting democracy is always in good taste. This initiative aims to nudge young urban voters to hit the polling stations.
