Aditya co-founded Chai Break with his childhood school friend , Anirudh Poddar. Aditya is a first generation entrepreneur. While pursuing CA, he completed his 3 year internship with Ernst & Young, only to move out and pursue his dream to be an ‘entreprenuer’ himself. His love for ‘chai’ and enthusiasm coupled with the passion to build a brand, led him to start “Chai Break”.
A growing chain of casual dining cafés, Chai Break is synonymous with ‘taking a Break’ or ‘taking some time off’ . From a single outlet at Kolkata in November 2011 to 20 outlets across Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Jamshedhpur, Kharagpur & Durgapur ,it has become a hub for millennials.

Their specialty is the variety of ‘chais’ and a range of multi-cuisine dishes – Indian, Chinese and Italian, along with the ideal ambiance to chill with friends, family and colleagues.
“Team Work makes the Dream Work” – with this belief he aspires to achieve a turnover of 550 crores in the next 10 years.
