Prasad Mehta, an expert in ideation and concept development successfully manages many brands under his hat. He owns proprietary consultancy firm under the name Prasad Vinod Mehta where he consults aspiring and experienced restaurateurs alike to fulfil their dream of running a successful chain of restaurants.

He is also the brain child behind the boutique restaurant Uncafe, that has won everyone’s heart and stomach by serving cuisines from all around the world.
Being passionate about food and a self taught cook, Prasad took a huge step to enter in the industry. He gave up his career to become a CA. He then acquired the needed knowledge and skills by doing Major in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from S.P Jain Institute of Research and Development. Always on the toes to learn and stay updated, he studied Food &Beverage Management from University Bocconi, Italy

Prasad started India’s 1st online Cloud Kitchen in 2011, by the name of The Lunch Box Factory, which provided meals in microwave compatible trays and was a hit amongst corporates and MNC’s. He is also an avid aviation enthusiast and loves to fly airplanes and is also self taught pianist..
