Nishit Pandey has an extensive experience of over 30 years in the Hospitality Industry. Nishit began his career in McDonald’s India (West & South) as Manager- Corporate Affairs and now he heads the department as Senior Director- Alliances and Corporate Affairs.

Nishit joined McDonald’s in 1998, before which he worked with leading 5-star hotels and played a key role in setting up a major QSR brand in India. He has been a part of McDonald’s growth journey for over 20 years and helped the brand grow from 5 stores to 300 stores. His unique and insightful strategies played a crucial role in building the foundation of McDonald’s in the restaurant industry landscape of the region. He is an active participant of the Retail Association of India platform. Nishit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in commerce and a diploma in Hotel Management from Indian Institute of Hotel Management.
