Bala is a masters in International business from IIFT PSG program and a Dun & Bradstreet gold medallist.  He has been selected as one of the top 100 retail minds of India by CMO Asia and has won other accolades.

He is a council member at Retailers Assn of India (RAI) Chennai and is active in bringing the retail ecosystem together in India.
