The 4th edition of the NRAI Indian Restaurant Summit 2025 was successfully held on 16th–17th September 2025 at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, bringing together over 2,500 delegates, 300+ leading brands, and 80+ distinguished speakers from across India’s restaurant, hospitality, investment, and technology sectors.
Themed “Serving the Future,” the summit served as India’s largest annual gathering of the restaurant community, showcasing insightful panel discussions, workshops, masterclasses, and exhibitions on innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, culinary trends, and regional cuisine expansion.
The event opened with a Google CEO Roundtable and a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony graced by Shri Rohan Khaunte (Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, IT & E&C, Government of Goa) and Shri Rohit Monserrate (Mayor of Goa), alongside NRAI leadership.
Key sessions explored topics such as Dining as Theatre, Evolution of QSRs, Regional Cuisines Going Mainstream, and Technology-led Growth Strategies, while masterclasses on cloud kitchens, digital scaling, automation, and profitability provided actionable insights for restaurateurs.
The summit reinforced NRAI’s commitment to fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and charting a growth roadmap for India’s evolving food services sector. Networking opportunities, curated forums, and community-building activities such as the Poolside Welcome Sundowner and NRAI Premier League (NPL) further enriched the delegate experience.
