Tourist Janpath is a street food bar in Connaught Place for the well-travelled and free-spirited. According to Dinesh Arora, its founder and managing director, “Tourist represents journeys and has wanderlust as a theme. It offers street food flavours from around the world.“ The interiors represent the journey of a traveller ­ bunk beds from youth hostels in Europe, hiking and backpacking information, an airport split flapboard sign that displays names of their signature dishes and menus that look like passports.
