BENGALURU: Church Street Social recently unveiled its brand new iteration, turning their signature industrial look into an art haven, called ARTlet. The brand worked with Lekha Washington to convert their first-ever outpost in India to a shape-shifting gallery, showcasing some of the finest creatives in the country. The outlet is now a studio, a showcase, a space that encourages experimental minds to come together and collaborate. On this occasion, Riyaaz Amlani —CEO and MD, Impresario Handmade Restaurants (parent company of Social) — hosted a fun party with the who’s who of Bengaluru. Present among others were Shobita Kadan, Shilo Shiv Suleman, Vachan Chinnappa, Naser Elazzah and Vineet Kumar (Jordindian), Elixir Nahar, Divya Maben, Clement D’Souza and many more.

Speaking at the launch of the art space, Riyaaz said, “Social has blurred the lines between work and play to create the second, alternative place that modern India deserves. In each avatar across the country, the brand has built and fostered a community of creative individuals, entrepreneurs and free-thinkers. Interestingly, we’re at a stage where our relationship with the community is mutually inspiring and that, for brand Social, is immensely exciting.”
